As a retiree you might wonder who to contact when you have a benefits related question. We recently confirmed you should place a call to 1(800)236-3071, and ask for a “Retirement Specialist.” This will put you in contact with Shared Services employees located in Seal Beach, California. This is the location that administers pension and insurance matters for all retirees who previously worked for Collins Radio Company, Rockwell International, or the current Rockwell Collins organization.

You can also find the above telephone number by using the “eBenefits and Pay Portal” online at www.benefits.rockwellcollins.com. This website includes lots of information which is organized under the following tabs and is useful to a retiree.

Health and welfare:
Includes individualized information applicable to life and medical insurance and your medical benefits.

Retirement:
Includes pension information with historical pay stub records.
 
Self Service - allows the user:
to report a change of address,
to request a change to a direct deposit
or to revise tax withholding.

I was very pleased when I used this website to report changes in conjunction with my last move.
